Family business, bya derives in fact from an older group, the "Aït Yalla" group. Founded by Aït Yalla Hocine in 1945, this group invested in real estate, transportation and agribusiness. After the death of its founder, his two sons, Kaci (electronics engineer) and Slimane (engineer in industrial chemistry), reoriented the group's activity, renamed "Aït Yalla K & S" group to its current vocation which concerns various sectors, to know :
